En s\u00e5dan praksis er problematisk, fordi den kan v\u00e6re i strid med dine grundl\u00e6ggende rettigheder.  <\/p>\n<p>POLITIET LOV TIL AT STANDSE MIG ALENE BASERET P\u00c5 MIT UDSEENDE?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nej. Politiet har ikke ret til at standse en person udelukkende p\u00e5 grund af vedkommendes udseende, hudfarve, etnicitet eller andre lignende characteristika. <\/li>\n<li>Politiet m\u00e5 kun standse dig, hvis der er en lovlig og saglig grund, for exempel:<\/li>\n<li>Hvis politiet har grundlag for at gennemf\u00f8re en control, fx n\u00e5r du k\u00f8rer bil, jf. f\u00e6rdselslovens \u00a7 77 og \u00a7 55. <\/li>\n<li>Hvis politiet har en konkret begrundet mistanke om, at du har beg\u00e5et eller er ved at beg\u00e5 en ulovlig handling.<\/li>\n<li>Hvis du befinder dig i et omr\u00e5de, der er udpeget som visitationszone, hvor politiet efter politilovens \u00a7 6 can standse and visitere personer uden individuel mistanke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VISITATIONSZONE<\/p>\n<p>Hvad er en visitationszone?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En visitationszone er et afgr\u00e6nset omr\u00e5de, hvor politiet midlertidigt can visitere personer uden konkret mistanke. Ziyaret b\u00f6lgeleri, b\u00f6lge i\u00e7indeki t\u00fcm ki\u015filer i\u00e7in fods&#8217;a veya k\u00f8ret\u00f8j&#8217;e kadar olan her \u015feyi kapsar. <\/li>\n<li>B\u00f6lgeler, kriminalitet veya voldelige konflikter i\u00e7in forh\u00f8jet riski ta\u015f\u0131yan omr\u00e5der&#8217;de tipik olarak faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir.
